I’m an amateur baker who loves desserts, but can’t often eat them because I’m lacto-vegetarian (aka I’m vegetarian, eat dairy, but not eggs). My experiments with baking became my full-blown passion and now I hope to change the world’s perception that baked goods made without eggs are inferior to the “real” thing. I have a full-time job that does not involve the culinary arts – hence the relatively infrequent posting.
